1. Who this agreement is between

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Lucentay Inc. 4. The nature of the Service

If you choose to add a guardian, you are providing us with that person's name and contact information (email and/or phone) so that we may send them communications on your behalf, including invitations and match updates. By adding a guardian, you represent that you have that person's permission to share their contact details with us for this purpose.

Similarly, if you request Imam Verification, you are providing your named religious leader's contact information so that we may send them a verification request by email.

You are responsible for exercising your own judgment, and for involving your family, guardian, and community in your decisions, consistent with Islamic guidance on marriage.

8. Reporting and moderation

You may report another user's behavior through the in-app reporting feature.
